Hello, my lineup is almost ready, but still I haven't decide for the last one, which you would plant between these? 1093Hunt,1110 Wallace,1173 Macari or 1385 Jutras??? Any opinion? Sergio

sergio i believe joes 1385 was grown from my 1450 and he crossed it with the pollen from his 998 that grew the world record. if so thats the one to plant no questions asked pap

Just my two cents, the 1385 is the only unproven seed of your four choices. There is no doubt it will see plenty of dirt this year, however, the 1093 has produced at least two over 1200 lbs, the 1173 has done even better with several over 1000 and two over 1300 and the 1110 has grown at least a couple over 1000 lbs. All good seeds you have there which will make your decision even more difficult. Good luck.

Sometimes I determine "what am I going to plant" by asking....what do I want to cross it with......

Actually the 1385 was grown from the 1068 and then pollinated by the 998 that grew the WR. But still a promising seed.

Hello, 8 to favour of the 1385 versus 3 for 1093, Damn!this year that I have space only for one of them! I have space for 7 plants, the other 6 seeds are ok without doubtbut the last one is really a problem, now I know how I must do, will do 4 tiketes, and will put these in an pot, and will take one that will be the one that I will plant, I don't see any other system for to resolve the problem, is hard to decide!! Anyway thanks to all! I will let you know how seed will come out Sergio

I think I would go with the 1385. This may be the most any unproven seed has seen soil in its first year out as any seed ever. I will most likely grow 3 unprovens out of 4 plants. I just cant help but like the new stuff out there.Like the 1207 Young 1342.3 Krug 1194 Christen 1470 Wallace and so many more.

Matt, You might be right regarding the 1385. 2007 had so many awesome crosses. It's mind boggling!
