as many of you know, I've really been looking hard for a 705 Stelts, my favorite seed in the world. Well at Friday night's meet and greet, Dave Stelts, Our President of the GPC, handed me a seed pack, with THREE 705 Stelts seeds in it, really did bring a tear to my eye, So thank you Dave, I understand you turned the whole pumpkin world upside down in the last 3 or 4 months trying to find that seed for me. Awesome Eddy! So, now on to my question. When they germinate for you what are you planning to cross into it???
Have fun with those awesome seeds Eddy!

I'm thinking positive, that it will germinate, and the plans would be a minimum of 3 fruit on it, one a selfed, and if 2 go, then a sib. The 705 X 1420 The 705 X 898 The 1420 X 705 and wasn't planing on the 1041 Mckee this year, but should do the 1041 X 705
4.5 hrs on the plane yesterday and 42 pages of possible crosses LOL. Sure made the flight go fast.

When somebody continually goes above and beyond the call of duty and will take nothing in return for their time and efforts what do you do? You try and find the one thing they can't get for them self. I am not the only person involved with this venture it took alot of people to put it together. Needless to say that Eddy's generosity has been well distributed around the GPG community and all were eager to help.
The seeds were donated by Chris Anderson on behalf of the CA growers, (thank you Cindi) they were mailed back to me in the original bubble I sent them in and the seeds were still in the original seed envelope unopened. I donated them to Eddy on behalf of the GPC & OVGPG for Eddy's contribution of the patches that were on the club jackets given out at the Niagara seminar plus many other selfless deeds he done.
It is a small thank you Eddy I know you will do the seeds right!!!
