Wouldnt it be kinda cool if someone created a game, where you can start, grow, learn, and go to weigh-offs with your virtual pumpkin. Any ideas on this?

Great idea Josh. People who are interested in that sort of thing should post their ideas of game play. Like shooting SVBs for target practice, success in growing results in more accurate and better insecticides/weapons, tunneling into the dirt to destroy grubs, creating systems for 'perimeter' defenses. Weigh-offs held at giant stadiums... Of course, it would be a massive multiplayer game hosted by BP.com servers!

They should just make an overall "gardening game", with growing big pumpkins as one of the crops. That way the game appeals to more people, 1. making this actually happening more of a possibility, and 2. it would help get this sport out to more people and help grow it. It could be "Sim Garden" or just whatever. The "Sim" games are almost too realistic for my taste, I think this should be more fun and game than realism, but still keep things true, if you know what I mean.

yeah thats what I was thinking, it will be fun for like the winter or something. But finding someone who can create this game is a different story.
