Looks like the World record Skinner Squash did not produce seeds. What's the next largest Squash that has viable seeds? I'm interested in growing a squash next year.

Its not clear to me what has the most potential. The genetics are still lagging behind the pumpkins. A really big squash would require more luck than a really big pumpkin. Id like to grow one, too. If I do I'll probably set a goal of 1500.

2118 Jutras had nice big seeds but it had some issues with deformed cots. You might have to baby them along. Next would be the 2030 Tobeck, which could be good but it has not yet grown any 2k squashes. Many of the Holub-derived lineages are hiding recessive pumpkin genes, so you'll get some free pumpkins occasionally.
