Anamosa 2004 1066.5 Barlow* Judged a squash by Anamosa, but no one recognize as new world record because it was one of those that turned green as it matured (from a pale orange). But I still tell all my friends I grew a world record squash !!!!

No argument here, I grew it, it was an official squash per GPC. Rules were met that year that are now changed to satisfy the "true" squash gods. It wasn't any less green than many of the other "recognized" that year. So officially whether you like it or not, it broke the previous squash world record!

Kinda like a record home-run hitter who used steroids, should there be an asterik* by the result?

Jerry, I recind all statements if possible and apologize for lack of realizing the 1367.5 being judged a squash. If I recall I thought the record was 1064. I guess I can't complain. Thanks Jerry for the info and congratulations.
Rick, if you compile a world record squash compilation please post it somewhere so we can refer to it. Thanks, John

Harold Fulp sent me seeds from his 513 a few years ago but their very light. The only one I tried didn't pop.

I still cry when I see these posts. My 986 in 2000 split and was weighed on Sept 7th and was still putting on 20 pounds a day. My saddest 'one that got away' story in the 17 years I have been doing this.
