Her manner of speaking is strange.

This beating-to-death or beating-while-dying of an inmate (Brooks) wasnt just a case of "somebody told an offensive joke at last week's office meeting, and everybody laughed when they shouldn't have". THAT would require a "culture change."

This case, this situation, doesnt require a culture change, it requires justice.

Such different worlds people live in.
