Moving to drip tape this year for my watering setup. I've narrowed in on dripworks.com and am curious what flow & spacing everyone else uses. Options are 8" or 12" on center, and low (20GPH) or high flow (40GPH). Thanks in advance.

Is that flow rate per 1000 ft? Id figure out what flow rate would push the patch in the direction of the optimal humidity and temps. I'd say whatever conserves water, but water that evaporates isnt really wasted if that evaporation is your way of providing the optimal temps and humidity.

I do 12 inch spacing on my drip tape. I use the 1/2" Easy Loc x .400 Barb w/ Shutoff Valve at the beginning of each line so I can control the water flow, if needed and shut down a particular line.

I use 10" to 12" at .24 per gallon and have very sandy soil.
