The rate on the jug is 1 -2 quarts per 50 gallons of water. If i did my math correct, that should be around 2oz per gallon .

Does that sound right for foliar feeding ?

Lee, 32 oz in a qt, divided by 50 = .64 oz or 1.28 Tbl per gallon. When in doubt always use less.
