            | pg3 | Lodi, California | Hi all. I have been wondering what is the highest amount of boron in ppm before your soil is considered toxic? Thanks for the help. | 4/14/2013 2:14:39 PM |

            | cojoe | Colorado | Ashton, you want to strive for a 1000:1 ca/boron ratio.I wouldnt want to go over 5 ppm and 4 ppm or less is better. Clay soil can handle higher levels safely than sand. | 4/14/2013 2:34:23 PM |

            | pg3 | Lodi, California | Ok, Thanks. My boron should be 3.7 after adding 1/4 lb of borax according to Bry's calculator. I think this would be good according to what you said is ample because my Ca is 3650 so the ca: boron would be about 983 to 1. thanks for the help! | 4/14/2013 3:27:03 PM |

            | leines (Team Green Gro) | Wi | 3.7 is good don't touch anything. It can become toxic very quick. | 4/14/2013 7:47:25 PM |
