This is a popular question but the asking party needs to specify BRAND, PERCENT , SOURCE OF NUTRIENT AND INTENDED GOAL.

Example: Nutri-Cal® Pro, 6.5-0-0 8% Ca, derived from Calcium Nitrate, to correct soil test -NOT confirmed by tissue test.

Obviously a tissue test would have helped but such a grower would probably already know the rate.
