Has the weather there been cool?
Is all of the foliage green & verdent? Or is it blue & bloated?

Foliage is good - plant looks very healthy and is still growing. Weather has been cooler at night but not bad.

what type of seeds are you growing?
how old are the 3 fruit?
has all vine maintenance been done?
  are the plants terminated?
did you do a soil test last spring after ammendments were in?

Like its said- It can happen for many reasons but before you call it quits, I'd experiement. By that, a person might try the soap & soil seperating method. 1 pound of Walmarts Purex soap per 1000 sq, ft. If your wondering, do two jars and one jar put a tablespoon of soap in it and shake it. Let it sit and see the difference- Its just I heard or read somewhere that it helps to unlock the soil. Worth a try? If your done, whats it hurt.

Water in the morning between 7-9am. You should be on a schedule to spray Neptunes Havest Seaweed at least two times a week. The calcium once a week if you calcium ppm isn't up between 2000 ppm and 3000ppm. Also a weekly compost tea applied as a foliar spray and at the stump(KIS tea brewer). Lastly, The pumpkin absorbs at this time of year potash. Send a soil test to the Univ. of Mass and this will let you know where you stand. It will take a few weeks but least you will know.
