A ridiculous mega on that little side sprout. 99% of the side sprouts have a single or double or possibly even a triple. But 1%, which is to say 1 out of 100, may randomly have a mega. Its fun if you like hunting for rare things. I went through a phase as s kid of searching for four leaf clovers... This is similar. Occasionally I'd even find a five leaf clover.
I found dozens of four leaf clovers, but I'd have to scan about 1,000 three leafers to find a four leafer. Eventually I had a collection of at least a few dozen four leaf clovers, a handful of five six and even seven leaf clovers.
The star of the show was a small eight leaf clover. Very hard to find. I knew I'd probably never top that, it was incredibly lucky. After that I basically quit. I deduced that it would be sheer folly to spend a further portion of my life trying find a nine leaf clover. Eight was plenty good enough for me. Way better than anything I would have dreamed of.
Well... this tomato thing is quite similar.
