Blossom end rot. Sometimes its the whole tomato, sometimes just one spot is affected. The causes may already be in place, but it doesn't show up until a stressed day. Here a detachment point (red arrow) may have contributed to the BER (blossom end rot). The rest of the tomato was ok but the calcium got too low in the portion of tomato below the detachment.
When its the whole tomato affected, then it can't just be a detachment.
