Final layout in the tomato hut. Not sure if it will be legible but there are 13 spots. Only the 9 spots in the green circle are performing well , the outter ones circled in pink are too far from the good soil apparently, as they are not doing so well.
Some spots are thinned down to two plants. One spot has three plants remaining. The 3rd plant has an iffy looking blossom but sheer curiosity is causing me to keep it. I like the blossoms that look straightforward & solid and not to complicated. The one on the 3rd plant looks very complicated. Keeping it out of curiosity.
In some cases I kept both the biggest plant and the plant with the best mega. I culled plants if they were not the biggest or if they didnt have the best mega. I didn't need to keep megas that are small or troublesome... I yanked both 4.27 Claytons and put in a replacement rather than try to figure out what was wrong. But the other spots I just thinned the plants down as soon as I could make an informed decision, and now the remaining plants look good... Very good.
