What can I say? The 5.95 Konieczny is still Krack'n, growing .50" per day. Currently at 26.50" and 33 dap. Should get another 10 days out of it. We have cooler weather coming up so it helps. Obviously, there is a healed BER that will have to be scrutinized the by the GPC. I am treating it daily with sulfur that will be washed off when harvested. The rules state, "All tomatoes must be healthy. A healthy tomato must be free of significant soft spots or leakage." "Skin can be cracked but not leaking". Sure it is an ugly spot, but it is not soft or leaking. It has healed over and is like leather. I work 100 miles from this tomato and have driven home almost every day to treat it and check up on it. The lengths I go to save a tomato. I need help and cannot wait for this tomato to be finished, however it turns out!
