After the parade it was weigh-off time. There was a lot of hype that this pumpkin could touch 2000 pounds. I personally didn't know what to think as it was the largest 1625 Gantner ever grown by quite a few inches. The top 6 Gantners have gone an average of 20% heavy so the range of this fruit was wide. It was hard not to think about 2k, but I knew it didn't feel much different than last weeks 1803 on the trailer making the three hour drive.
