I harvested these Russian Oxhearts off one plant. The same amount off another plant are in the smoker. Each one is cut in half, smoked at 180 for about 6 hours. Put into a gallon zip lock, frozen, and used for later. They end up about half dehydrated sweet, and smoky. I use them when I make spaghetti sauce. A really great way to use those tons of tomatoes. These are the first year growing these and I am a big fan.
