Again, my goal this year is to break 5 lbs and/or at least my 4.69lb Oregon record. This 7.05 Porkchop is at 22dap and is my prime contender. It has a ways to go. For the next three days, we have temps from 100-104 where I live. Have some covers on all my maters and hopefully it doesn't cook them.
