These are Oregon Sunstones, a gem only found in S.E. Oregon in the remote high desert. I found these at Dust Devil Mining Co. outside Plush, Oregon over the course of 15 years. Usually it is over 90F digging in a rocky pit. A lot of sweat in finding these. I had these in the photo cut and faceted. I only collect them and have never sold one. Each is one of a kind.
