I harvested seeds today. It had a lot of sprouters, mainly the seeds at or near the top of the kin. It was on display outside for 6 weeks and that must be about the limit here. I ended up with 160 solid seeds from this thick pumpkin.
It was a three lobe pollinated with one large male my best plant. The 1969 plant was excellent to grow. The dog days of August hurt the plant some with only 30lbs of gain in September there is more in this one. Free seeds available.
