I planted the 2465 Sperry and the 2670 Thompson today and set the soil cables at 76. This is six degrees higher than last year, so hopefully that will get these plants growing like crazy.

I accidentally burnt the tip of my 2465 with my heater and figured it would just grow out of it. Unfortunately it looks like I will be growing on a secondary this year. No big deal as Travis grew the world record on a tertiary.

My 2670 has been nothing but an awesome plant so far. The secondaries are very strong and way ahead of last years plant. I dumped the small hoop house today and made a 10x15 foot one to hopefully keep it warm for the next week.

Here is a pic of the new hoop house. Not sure if it makes a difference, but that new plastic is very transparent.

Figured I would do a little before and after a frost. This was a pic from Saturday of the 2670 with a possible pollution on secondary number 21 in 7-10 days.

Unfortunately this is the current pic of my 2670. All of the grow tips are ok, so now just the long process of getting it ready for pollination again.

The 2465 Sperry is starting to recover from the burnt main, but has been very slow since I added the Vevor greenhouse to this plant. Finally got it out of the greenhouse without any frost damage, so now should really start to take off.
